Nextory, a B2C SaaS company, provides e-books and audio-books. Nextory is one of the leading providers in Europe operating on 8 markets. ACACIA invested 2017 and are the leading investor together with Industrifonden.
IamIP, a B2B SaaS provider, offers an Intellectual Property web-based portal to manage patents and gives you access to published patents worldwide. ACACIA invested in IamIP 2017 and is the lead investor.
Gritify, a B2B SaaS provider, offers an HR platform with new innovative thinking and technology. They help companies streamline the recruitment process and they help talents to find their dream job.
Detail, a B2B SaaS provider, offers an AI based technology so you can monitor your brands on all your online retailers. ACACIA invested 2018 together with Industrifonden and did a successful trade sale of Detail 2021 to Inriver AB.
Stillfront, a B2C Gaming company, offers a diversified portfolio of games. Stillfront is a powerhouse of independent gaming studios. ACACIA invested 2013 and were the lead investor when we successfully listed Stillfront on Nasdaq in December 2015. ACACIA sold it’s holding 2017.
Accedo, a B2B Enterprise Software company, offers ground-breaking video services to broadcasters, content owners and TV operators. ACACIA invested together with Industrifonden 2011, and were the leading investors when Accedo was sold to SEB Private Equity 2016.
Dreampark, a B2B Enterprise Software company, offered state of the art IPTV-middleware solutions to IPTV-operators in Europe. ACACIA invested 2009 and were the lead investor when we successfully sold Dreampark to Motorola Mobility 2011.
Cartina, a B2B Professional Service company, offers Management and Tech Consulting. ACACIA founded Cartina in 2014 and is the majority owner.
Zington, a B2B Professional Service company, is an IT Consultancy company. ACACIA founded Zington, formerly Claremont, in 2008 and was the majority owner when it was sold to SOBRO in 2016.
Cupole, a B2B Professional Service company, offers high-end Strategy Consultancy services. ACACIA was the lead investor when the company was founded in 2010. ACACIA sold our shares 2017 to the management.
Accessa Finans, a B2B financing company, offers financing services such as factoring services and short loans. ACACIA founded Accessa, formerly Acacia Finans, in 2010.
Passive investments
ACACIA also makes passive investments in industries like sustain-tech, electrification, fin-tech and in the e-commerce space. Passive mean we are not on the board and our owenership is below 10%.
